Phone arrived on time, was well packaged, and condition was as advertised. The included Otterbox case did have a torn off flap for covering the USB port which was not mentioned in the description, but that is a very minor complaint as the phone itself was fine. No issues with the transaction or seller, who responded to inquiries within a reasonable time frame and was also willing to flash a ROM for me before shipping. Overall, good buying experience.
