The product arrived as described, recommended.

Bought iPhone 14 Pro 1TB. Advised that it only had 3 months left on T-Mobile installments and had AppleCare. iPhone did not have AppleCare nor did it have three installments left, 9 months NOT 3 months. I agreed to the sale despite it still being on installment plan (against advise of Swappa….I was wrong) after getting the sellers commitment and reassurances. I approached him about making it right considering we are months removed and still on installment payments and can’t unlock which was the main reason I purchased, he offered to buy the phone back at almost $400 off of what I paid. Lesson learned, I’m sure Swappa won’t allow this to happen again. Having someone sell a phone that is on installments. I have receipts and can post our communication. Buyer beware. Lesson learned.

It was a very nice experience.

I bought a phone from this sell...on the ship day he noticed some issue...so he just refunded my money and did not ship the product. So I would say this seller has integrity for sure. I would trust buying another product from them.

I tried to purchase an iPad from this seller. Without providing an explanation, he cancelled the sale and refunded the cost. At least he was quick in refunding the cost, literally an hour within purchasing the iPad.
