This was my first Swappa experience and I'm super pleased. The seller shipped it out the same afternoon after I ordered it that morning! That was amazing since I was so excited to receive the item. Everything is just as described, and he even sent the original packaging that came with the screen protector, which was awesome. The only thing is that I might have wiped the screen and the back of the iPad a little bit more before packaging it. But that's literally it. Great experience!
