The phone I ordered, an HTC One M8, arrived in good shape and as described, except for an issue with the camera known to occur with this model phone after exposure to vibration (which it likely received during shipping). The seller was quick to respond and offered a full refund if I returned the phone. I did some further research on the issue and after a few days of discussion (in which I always received a quick response) the seller gave me a partial refund and let me keep the device so I could attempt to repair it myself (I've worked on phones before, just never from this manufacturer). I may upgrade this rating later, after I've had time to work on the phone, if I am successful. For now, all I can say is the seller was honest, prompt, and reasonable.

Edit 7/24/17 - I was able to fix the camera, but it was the most harrowing repair of my life, took two tries, and in the process I damaged the flex ribbon for the down volume button. Not the seller's fault, just an FYI for this phone.
