Seller shipped a 15" MacBook Pro I paid him $1,300 for via USPS in a flat rate box that was too small so he extended the length of it with packing tape to save a few dollars! On top of that he placed the MacBook inside a cloth case that was included in the sale into the shipping box with absolutely NO packing materials so the laptop just flopped around in the box. The box arrived smashed, torn and with multiple holes in it so I contacted the seller via Swappa and uploaded photos of the damaged box prior to opening it and he was dismissive, rude and couldn't care less! The laptop had a few more marks and dents than advertised, but to avoid having to pay return shipping and lose the Swappa fee included in the sale, I'll live with it. He also put a password on the pc prior to shipping it and didn't tell me until after I received it, didn't factory restore it, and didn't clear the iCloud password! This seller has horrible communication, is very rude and an unbelievably careless shipper!!!
