Wow! Jane P. was awesome to work with. The phone condition was better than described! The shipping was super fast and the phone was packages extremely well. Jane P. also responded quickly to all my questions. Unfortunately due to MY mistake, Verizon wouldn't activate the phone for my daughter, because the phone is an AT&T, (which it did say in the very detailed listing).
