I ordered this phone Monday and it came Wednesday morning (all the way from Sacramento to Cincinnati). He went to the post office and got me a tracking number almost immediately after I purchased it. It was in better condition than I expected it to be and it was shipped insured and packaged securely. I would definitely buy from Kyle again.
