The sale and communication were easy. When I received the device, it wasn't secured in the box and it was flopping everywhere. There was no package stuffing (paper, bubble wrap, etc). Since the device was floating freely in the box, I received it in less than mint condition with some scratches on the back glass. This is why I'm rating this sale as neutral.
