Terrible experience. Laptop came uncharged, filthy, not even restored which is swappa rules. WiFi adapter isn't installed so I have to restore windows myself and get it working. Terrible

Fast communication. Accurate description, good packaging. However, I docked one star because the computer makes a clicking mechanical noise. Upon some research I saw this is a minor issue that can be fixed, but it's a pain. This should have been disclosed.

When I received the phone, Sprint told me that it would not work. I informed the seller, who responded: "That is a lie." It wasn't a lie, and I had to go through the hassle of sending the phone back. Seller apparently did their own check and confirmed what Sprint had said from the beginning. Would not recommend this seller.
