Good:

-- Prompt communication & shipment.

-- Well done pictures.

Bad:

-- Packaging could have been handled better. The watch was just tossed into the bottom of the product box. No protection from shifting around, getting scratched, etc.

-- Seller did not include OEM screwdriver required to remove watch bands. Luckily, I had one small enough to work. Seller later explained that he broke it, but again, there was no mention of this in the listing.

-- Screen had significant tearing issues (which can happen with Pebbles). There was no mention of this in the listing, but I was able to get a new model under warranty replacement, so not deducting another star for that.

Quick turn-around, item as described and well packaged. Great experience.
