I purchased a 6s Plus from Alma H. The listing was for a Verizon unlocked model. When the device arrived, it was an ATT phone. I contacted the seller and explained the issue and told her I needed to send the phone back due to not being the correct model. Per Swappa staff instructions, I opened a claim with PayPal and sent the device back to seller. When the phone was delivered back and confirmed through tracking, Alma said she closed the claim after I accepted the refund offer through PayPal and she was going to refund the sale. A week passed and I still had not received my money back. I contacted PayPal and they said the seller still had not refunded my money. The claim then turned into a dispute and I am still awaiting a response from Alma H. Be weary of doing business with this seller.

This is far from mint! I counted at least a dozen dents and scuffs where this thing has been dropped. I would also say the screen was replaced. Scuffs and scratches under the edge of the glass??

The phone was listed as mint, but it definitely wasn't mint. Scratches on the screen, but overall worth the price.
