The device never arrived due to negligence by the shipping intermediary (Staples). But he was very responsive, highly apologetic and did a lot of work investigating the problem with both Staples and USPS. Rami did absolutely everything in his power to resolve an extremely unfortunate problem and in the end, took a loss on the sale to do right by me. The ratings of the Better Business Bureau are based on the work that a business does to resolve grievances with customers. By those standards, RamiAgonistes is a AAA seller. But anyone can understand taking off 2 stars for a transaction that was cancelled due to non-receipt of the device.
