Nelton G listed the phone in mint condition, and that is exactly the condition that it came in. No scratches on the screen and no noticeable external damage to the phone. It pretty much looks brand new. It was shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday (very fast shipping). Nelton G took great care of the phone in shipping with three bubble wrap envelopes for solid protection. I took it to a Sprint corporate store to have it activated on Wednesday night, and waited until today (Thursday) to leave feedback.
