the device is as advertised, though it arrived with a dirty screen and depleted battery. Having experienced one Swappa sale that went badly, it would have been really nice to have heard from the seller when we committed to buy the phone, rather than having to chase him down and wait nearly 3 days for any response. That said, we will certainly be back to do more business on Swappa.

Seller did not wipe the phone before sending. At the end we worked it out but it took a long time. I recommend Swappa to have a mandatory step for phones to be wiped off before sending them to buyers into their workflow which will make buying process seamless.
