Seller provided an excellent IPAD for a great price, and shipped immediately. The single issue was that the unit was sold without a cable or charging cube. Due to very poor luck, the 2 USB-C cables that I soon purchased were both defective, and would not let the IPAD charge or connect to Itunes. Soon the battery was at 3%, and it appeared I would need a visit to the Apple Store, to repair charging software. First I tried one more cable and different charge cube. I bought an Apple 18W charger and cable...... the IPAD charged properly .....it now works great. All is well... that ends well!

Bought iPad11 Pro from this seller according to the description in good condition. I got a tablet with a broken display, with a battery that works 40 minutes, offline works 8 hours. If I charge the tablet before going to bed, in the morning it is already turned off and completely discharged, which is why every time you use the tablet you have to completely turn off/on. The tablet was sold in the "Unlocked" section but as it turned out, it was purchased under the contract Verizon. Because of this, the SIM card is not supported in my country. The seller refused to pay any compensation and made it clear that now it is my problem. Replacing the screen and batteries will cost me $ 500. Be careful buying something from this seller.

The Asus Chromebook Flip C302 arrived in a timely fashion before the originally scheduled delivery date. Device was as described, completely intact and functional with no signs of damage outside of a minor scrape along the right side which isn't noticeable unless you hunt for it. The laptop booted up promptly after a full charge and I am very happy with this purchase. Troy maintained a professional attitude and addressed any concerns I originally had promptly within minutes of my asking. Only four stars because the packaging it arrived in was somewhat unsightly and seemed rushed, but I would definitely buy from Troy again.
