I am incredibly frustrated. My phone is blocked after buying it off of swappa. I tried contacting T Mobile to get reconnected to the network. They told me that the phone was blocked recently (possibly within the last 24 hours). I have been using this phone for less than 2 months. T Mobile said I need to contact the website I bought this from and/or the original owner. I would like guidance for what to do if I purchased a stolen or lost device on here.
