Seller never contacted me, or indicated that the device was shipped.
I allowed about 1 week before escalating so I'd like to think I gave a fair opportunity for response.

Seller did not ship the phone and stopped responding after a few messages. Seller claimed the item was shipped and uploaded a shipping label but the item was never actually sent to the carrier.

Alright to start off I'm very pleased with this transaction.

Phone was described 7/10 with light scratches, the phone arrived in 10/10 condition, I couldn't find not one defect (I looked hard lol).

Everything works perfectly, got it activated within minutes, and has not given me not one issue.

I highly recommend this seller, next time I'm in the market for a phone, I will definitely see what she's selling first.

The seller was nice, however, the transaction went very poorly. I purchased the phone, confirmed payment, and notified the seller of the importance of receiving it by a certain date. She confirmed I would have it by that date. Without my knowing, she left on a vacation without shipping the device. When I didn't receive the device, she told me should would look into it, rather than admitting the device wasn't shipped. She ended up shipping it 5 days after the promised delivery date. To her credit, she did pay for express shipping at her cost, provided a small ($20) refund, and a free used otterbox to ship it in. So, like I said, she was nice and the device was as promised. My complaint is that the communication about shipment was disingenuous at best and made me look really bad for a birthday party.
