The charger was not original samsung charger. Also the box in which the delivery was made was not packed property. Rest everything was fine.

Item was in good condition and promptly shipped.

Your packaging was pretty poor. Even though it was a box designed for a laptop, the charger clearly was knocking around in the box and tore the plastic wrapping the laptop in a couple spots.

It's in okay condition but there are chips and scratches on the lid that aren't visible in the photos. I'd recommend using packing paper or peanuts next time you ship something.

I have received the item in the exact condition that was listed and described to me, also seller was very responsive and professional in doing business would highly recommend any items from him.
