Received phone and per Verizon, it was blacklisted. This was a brand new phone still in original packaging. There were some gaps in communication and very frustrating moments. Phone calls to Verizon, emails to Swappa/seller, claim filed with PayPal and money tied up. Ultimately the phone had to be returned. Purchase was made on October 6th and my refund just processed today. Seller claims he was selling for a friend and was unaware that IMEI was blacklisted. Whatever the case, I only purchased based on his ratings and it was a great price. This would have been a 1 star rating. However, the seller stepped up and made everything right. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident and you can do business without the issues I had.

The iPad arrived as described "like new" (resale) Works perfectly.
In the future you may consider using bubble wrap or a padded envelope. The original packaging was pretty banged up, but the iPad survived the journey.
