There was an issue with the tracking number as a number was of. SWAPPA team helped me to resolve the issue. I received the phone as described in the offer.

There was an issue with the tracking number. I had to have Swappa staff involved as I could not get a response from the seller. The issue was quickly resolved after that and appeared to be an issue on FedEx’s part. Phone was as described.

The S20 plus was listed as "like new" and "near mint condition". What I received was a phone with deep gouges on the screen and the back panel had major gaps!! He told me just to put a screen protector on... and maybe a $20 refund.

It took over 4 weeks to receive a proper refund. He was by far the worst seller I have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything this guy sells.

The phone was in perfect condition. This was a great transaction.

it was a good experience the phone had a small scratch but it was no big deal and it took a while to get here but I think that was fedex’s problem not his. So overall it was not too bad

Sorry for late rating, did not know I had to complete sale. Great seller! Beyond happy despite many hesitations! The phone is in great shape, unlocked, functions well, and even came with a case, screen protector, charging cable, AND Apple adapter! I’m very happy with my first purchase here on Swappa. I tried to take pictures for the first time today, and there is a serious problem with the camera. The camera has a significant delayed response and therefore we must return it. Due to this being a serious defect, we are also requesting that the seller pay return shipping.

Product was received as promised in the condition as advertised, would gladly do business with them again.
