Seller sent the item quickly but am unsure what happened as it took 11 days to get here. The box was severely damaged. The controller is dirty and the battery doesn’t charge fully (or the system doesn’t recognize a full charge). The actual Xbox keeps giving errors doing various things. Powering on the console or restarting the console only works 50% of the time. I would like to think that these are issues stemming from the damage in shipping and not something slick from the seller.

The item didn't quite match the description. Said the screen protector was still on however it was removed. Otherwise the phone was in great condition. One case was damaged (description didn't list that) and one
was a little dirty.

Pixel 3 xl came with all items in listing. Quality was good as stated. From comments though, was expecting 9/10 on screen. I'd rate more like 8/10 with quite a few micro scratches as described but one that is more noticeable. Subjective though. Fast shipping and unlocked as described. Cases were moderately used, though he didn't give details so it's ok . No problems connecting to Google fi. Overall good buy.

Device arrived as described. However, communication was extremely poor and packaging was unacceptable. The phone was shipped in an envelope with no padding. The box arrived with one of the corners damaged. Overall, not too happy with the sale.
