The device was received as described and everything is in order. I wrote a previous "mark this sale complete" and it apparently did not register.

The packaging was put together very well (box inside a box) and I assume that it was for a couple of reasons, to keep prying eyes out of the package and to keep it from being damaged - very good sir. Shipped on time.

There were no dings, scratches, marks or flaws on the phone... one minor flake of fake chrome fell from the USB3 charging port door but I blame that on Samsung as a flaw and not on the seller.

This is my first purchase with Swappa but my fifth used phone purchase and I had a wonderful experience. I would purchase from JRTT any time and I would use Swappa to perform that transaction.

The only communication issue was on my end... JRTT reached out to me and I failed to reply - he was on it the whole time.
