Item was shipped promptly and was received on time, upon opening the box the phone was neatly bubbled wrapped in the box and the charger was unopened. Completely brand new. Taking out the phone and examining it upon closer inspection, there was no scratches or dents on the sides or corners of the phone itself and was spotless from any marks. As was the screen itself. I completely recommend this seller.
