This guy sold me a MDM Locked MacBook and then acts like it's no big deal and that he contacted Apple and they have been notified to expect my call and Apple will unlock the MacBook. I call Apple and they said it's locked by previous owner (a large healthcare company) and that it can't be done except for by them. When I send it back after weeks of back and forth the seller says that there's problems with the MacBook and tries to blame it on me and did not want to refund my money even after receiving it back. I had to have AMEX step in and resolve issue.

Product was thoughtfully and carefully packaged to arrive safely at my address. Product had a slight defect (Touch ID not working) but since the warranty is still not expired, I should be able to get it fixed! :) Thank you for the product! **10/6 Edit: after running a diagnostic test at the Apple Genius Bar, apparently it had failures of fans, wifi, and some other issues. I’d be careful with the seller, but luckily it came with Apple Warranty so I’ll be able to get things fixed. Just be sure to have Apple Warranty with any product from this seller!!

Also, Steve did an exemplary job of individually bubble-wrapping everything to ensure the everything arrived exactly as when he sent them. Finally, he FedEx’d the phone the same day of the sale.
