PayPal Service Rep

Seller shipped handset restricted from resale by carrier. Carrier would not unlock given the price paid and source program from which it was sold. Seller refused to cooperate and accept a return and failed to respond to numerous communications to resolve this. Had to engage Paypal Disputes which ruled in my favor. Cost me $15 to return the phone an expense I should not have had to bear.
