The shipping was very quick (3 days). iPhone 11 Pro Max was in great condition when I received it. iPhone came in original box, which was great. The seller also did a great job explaining the history of the phone. And he agreed to negotiate the price of the phone when one of the things listed in the description of the phone could not be transferred (Apple care). Overall a great seller; I would definitely buy from this guy again and you should too!!!

Overall very good sale. The shipping was a bit off but I don't necessarily blame the seller, think there may have been a communication issue between the UPS store and the seller. Also didn't realize headphones were not included then again they were not pictured and there was a brief comment about "hanging onto" the headphones. Again, overall the sale was good. Phone as described and packing was good.
