The phone came and it was not broken or damaged. It was packaged well. The package took a while to arrive (no fault to the seller), and the seller continued to check up on the package which I appreciated. Thank you.

The phone came in a day later than originally projected, but was still within a reasonable time. Was well packaged and came in its box as described. Powered on fine, met the description of the sale post, and has been smooth to set up and use so far. So far only confusion is that I purchased a year protection plan, but I got a warranty notice that said it only went to the end of 2021. Haven't gotten to finish checking into it yet. But that isn't on the seller, believe that's through Swappa itself.
