Had an issue with the cord I received with it but seller resolved it.

MacBook Pro 15 was very poorly packaged. Only had a single 1/16th thick layer of fabric/foam wrapping the laptop (wasn't even fully covered) and put into a box extremely loose with newspaper. Laptop was able to knock around the box freely. Seller stated he packed it tightly yet was easliy shaken about with the laptop actually contacting the outside cardboard. Luckily there was no physical damage, but we all know how shipping services handle packages. Item as described.
