David sent the phone to me quickly. However, it turned out there was a small issue on the phone. It had some screen burn in. After some back and forth, David contacted Samsung support for me and set everything up to have the phone shipped out. It was unfortunate that we had to do that, but David was cooperative and helpful every step of the way. Samsung repaired the phone under warranty so it did not cost either of us any extra money. I would definitely buy from David again.
