I got the laptop and charger today. But I am a little disappointed about the chipping of the corders and sides (because I wasn't prepare for those). You should have listed the photos of damages in order to make the buyers prepared of what they are getting. Otherwise the product is fine.

I received the item in the condition it was listed in. All diagnostics checked out.

The seller was honest about the condition of the device. Shipping was very fast.

Note the seller was inflexible regarding cancellation. Don’t expect any consideration after the money has been sent.
