The sale was completed after an issue with the Nexus was resolved to my satisfaction. Communication was hampered initially, but when we connected Jesse was reasonable, willing and helpful. Shipping was slow (USPS Ground) when I believe regular first class mail would have been almost the same rate. This was my first Swappa purchase, and overall I am happy with the outcome.
