Extremely frustrated at this transaction. Never again will I trust FedEx to deliver something. Very thankful for purchase protection rights from Capital One. Highly suggest anyone making a purchase use a major credit card or bank to make their purchase so that they can be refunded right away if something is wrong. If FedEx makes a mistake you cannot file a claim even though its your money lost. Only the seller can file that. Also FedEx does not take a picture like Amazon to prove they delivered it to the correct address. Anyone wrong person can sign for your package. Also you are forced to mark sale is complete on here when it is not in order to close everything out and move on.
