the only discrepancy was the charger, did not get original 5.3V, 2.0Amp charger for rapid charging, got the Samsung 5.0V, 2.0Amp charger instead.
Not a problem, maybe newer S5 use the 5 volts instead of 5.3 volts.
Everything is OK.
