The item arrived in good shape and quickly ONCE the seller decided they were going to ship.

I purchased the watch over the weekend and did not get an acknoledgement of the order until 8/8. The Seller replied that they had JUST gotten notice of the order that day and that they had some "personal" things going on that prevented them from shipping. The funny thing is, the guy answered my Paypal dispute the day prior on 8/7 which shows he didn't JUST barely hear about the order as claimed.

It's one thing to be late because you really have problems, shit happens, I understand and have empathy for that. Lying, I've got nothing for.
