New samsung galaxy s22 ultra was shipped in just a reused FedEx envelope. Phone box got damaged from being Packaged lousy. Seller refunded my money but would not refund the return shipping and insurance I had to pay. Seller said there reason for not refunding my shipping cost back to them is because they lost out on a sell. It was not my fault they packaged the item poorly to begin with. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend buying from them because if something goes wrong they will obviously not help. Not happy with seller.
