Buyer beware. Seller will not pay return shipping as Swappa policy states even if the device isn't useable upon arrival.

Seller listed device in useable condition. Device arrived with no operating system and could not be used. When contacted for a refund, seller sent instructions on how to perform my own unprofessional TECHNICAL SUPPORT just to get the device useable. In the end it was too uncomfortable so I requested a prepaid return shipping label since it was not useable as advertised. Seller REFUSED to pay for return shipping. Case went to Paypal who can't seem to comprehend that the seller is obligated by Swappa policy to provide return shipping.

Swappa comments on the sale to let me know they can't make a judgement even though it's clear and my pictures prove I'm in the right. I've used Swappa for over a decade and never again. They need to be able to assist loyal customers when a seller tries to fc them over.

Worst and last Swappa experience. So long.
