Although the product was as advertised, I have 2 moments to mention.
First, seller didn't ship item within 2 days because he was away. He promptly got in touch to give me heads up. He PROMISED to ship the item express at no cost if I don't mind waiting a few extra days. I said I don't mind waiting since he offered to ship express. My disappointment was that he did not ship express as he PROMISED. He never explained to me why. Second disappointment was the fact that he sent me the Macbook stuck in recovery mode and didn't even attempt to fix it before shipping. I had to open the box and find an unusable Macbook. I had to spend 2 hours to restore the laptop to the factory settings. I had to research for solutions. I paid money for a great product and an unpleasant experience while there were several alternatives. I believe the seller owes me, minimum, an apology.
The Swappa community deserves better.
Bottom line, great product as advertised, but horrible seller attitude !
