Terrible experience. Seller never shipped the phone and waited 4 days to inform me that his son couldn’t remember his apple ID password to unlock the phone and cancelled the sale. 4 days! This should have been checked before listing the phone! Irresponsiblee seller.

Learned device had multiple dead zones on touch screen and touch home button was also non-responsive. Purchased phone as a back-up. Disappointment.
