phone feels brand new! came with a case & screen protector which was nice, although packaging itself was not secure, seller used an old amazon bag which felt lacking in protection for an expensive device. had issues with usps but eventually got the phone over a week after ordering (maybe use ground shipping in the future? faster + inexpensive)
