The phone is in great condition and in working order. I received the phone within 2 business days of purchase. It came with a case, 2 screen protectors, and original charger. It was missing the original SIM card it came with, however luckily my local Sprint store was able to provide one and did not charge me for it. To be honest this is my first completed purchase of a used device that uses a SIM card, so I'm unsure if one should expect a sim card to be included in a used device.
