I just attempted to activate the phone on the Ting network and have been informed that there is a financial issue with the previous account and they're not allowing me to active the device.

Ting is refusing to active the phone because of this flag and Sprint will now remove the flag or work with me in regards to this issue because I am not involved with that account. I am essentially a victim from fraud here as I can really do nothing with this phone now. Would not recommend this seller to anyone and in fact I am working with Swappa to see what recourse I have.
