The item is in perfect condition. I am confused as to why it was listed as good condition instead of mint. Took 2 weeks and a couple of days to arrive because I am out of the US and USPS had many delays but this was no fault of the seller. Happy with my purchase. Btw you forgot your SIM card in the device lol.

There's some sort of iOS glitch that's keeping the "hey siri" mic from working (won't even let me train it), but that's not the seller's fault. He was very communicative and the phone arrived quickly. I'd buy from him again.

Item was just as advertise and they fulfilled their commitment for sale.

iPhone NOT as described. Apple checked serial number and IMEI and said phone had been replaced under warranty, should not have been resold. Seller agreed to refund total upon return of phone. He took delivery and then disappeared. Seller ignored my and Swappa staff's requests to refund. Had to file claim with PayPal to get my money back. Beware.
