The seller lied about multiple aspects of device wear and tear. To start, when it shipped out to me, I received the device in what appeared at first to be good condition. I quickly realized that no only was there profuse scratching on the screen of the device, the scratches are so deep, I can feel them with the pads of my fingers (the was completely unmentioned during the sale and they did not address my questions about it after I asked). It then, of course, proceeded to get worse as the seller had not indicated to me the device had issues charging, no only have I still not been able to charge the device on the provided charger, I have had to clean the port multiple times before it would even charge! On top of all of these issues, the device even had burn in! Another thing that the seller so happened to "forget" to mention, the only reason I'm happy with this device is because of the thankfully long battery life and the great camera. This seller is a flat out liar. Don't buy.
