Pros: Very prompt reply to pre-sale request for Ting eligibility check. Very prompt and speedy shipping. Well packed. All extras from the listing included and as described or better. Seems a nice, easy-going guy. Good communication throughout.
Con: Phone was listed as Mint but had some screen burn in and bezel chips when it arrived. These weren't mentioned in listing so a disappointing surprise. Good condition would've been more appropriate. Otherwise, the phone seems to work just fine. The issues were not nearly bad enough to require a refund, and I'd still consider buying phones from him in the future.
