Surface tablet I bought had an issue where it always said it was plugged in even when it was no where near the charger. Seller reluctantly gave me my money back, but was very rude and harassed me during the return process. It really bothers me that he was so hostile. First bad experience I've had on Swappa. Not sure if I will be buying again on this site.
