Received a phone, however the box was already open.

Seller sent me a damaged phone, and was INCREDIBLY rude. He cursed at me, called me names, and attempted to actually lie to me to make me seem like I myself had damaged the phone. You can see from other feedback that this seller is bad news, there have been users reporting IMEI issues, messed up phones that have been repaired, and I didn't believe a word of it until I purchased from this seller. Expect to file a PayPal case before you buy, because as stated from other reviews, the only way to get anything out of a sale from this seller is to get PayPal to refund you... Very malicious and downright mean and unprofessional seller. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from him.

The good; shipping was adequate, although local carrier sent to the wrong post office.
The phone was in very good condition.

The bad; the seller did not comply with Swappa rules in that the IMEI sticker had been removed. He then supplied the wrong IMEI, and continued to insist on the wrong number. I had to send a screen shot to show the IMEI from the settings on the phone.

The phone was activated and it appears to be in very good condition. Verizon indicates all is well. I cannot for the life of me understand why the seller insists on the wrong IMEI. And when questioned, he was extremely rude even while disregarding the Swappa rules. Mixed bag, the phone works, but the seller has some issues with attitude and transparency.

Pretty good device so far battery is decent level might need to get replaced soon I hope the esn don't get blacklisted otherwise I'm have to file for return lol... good seller so far... device was pretty mint condition can't complaint there...happy

Seller answered all questions honestly. Seller true to his word. Would suggest buyers to make all proper questions prior to making purchases.

The product was shipped quickly. My only complaint is that the laptop was disgusting. It took a substantial amount of time to clean and sanitize. The seller needs to clean his products before sending them out.

The Surface Pro I bought can't be registered with Microsoft because a company has already registered it. Microsoft isn't allowing me to add it to my account, which means I can't receive any technical support, even though it's still under warranty. The price was good and the machine works, but this is a significant problem.

Phone was received but I'm disappointed at the fact the phone is not in mint condition, it shows signs of wear and tear on the bezels but the screen is in mint condition. Another big red flag is that the IMEI label has been removed from the back of the phone (and the box). However, considering the price was low, it was a good deal. Still, I dislike the dishonesty from the seller.

Seller was very responsive and was willing to exchange if I couldn't resolve some application issues with the phone. Four stars only because I was getting application errors on first boot (presumably after the seller did a factory reset), and I think that's something worth checking for prior to selling. It's also something that wouldn't necessarily be easy for the average buyer to fix on their own.

Overall good, no issues with the phone. Tracking was off, 2 days later. Overall good transaction.
