Shipping time was reasonable. The phone was exactly as pictured. Some settings were bilingual (English/Spanish), but everything worked as expected.

Seller had listed a MacBook Pro at a more than reasonable price. The description indicated that this laptop was well cared for. The pictures showed a laptop in pristine condition, with not a single dent or scratch in the body, and that is exactly how the laptop arrived at my door. the phone was sale to me as Unlock . the phone was not unlock, the shipping was very slow compare to other swappa Sellers. I have bought over 20 phones on Swappa and this seller ad was the most misleading ad. the phone battery doesnt hold charge .

There are two noticeable scratches on the left hand side of the screen. I expected the phone to have the light scratches that just comes from normal day-to-day use, but these two you can feel with your nail. The phone is still is awesome condition; however, I would have listed it in "good" condition and not "mint". I most likely wouldn't have paid the full price had I known that beforehand.

Device came in about 3 days and whole sale was pretty good. Came wrapped good and included a new iPhone charger and adapter. Only thing I wasn't really happy about is the fact that the iPhone has a battery issue that makes it drain fast and Apple support said its not an defective issue so I'm, going to have to get it fixed but overall good clean device; totally going to recommend this seller to friends in the future.
