Josh was an excellent seller! His product arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The phone was as described (actually, it was better than expected, in very like new condition). I couldn't actually see the scruff he mentioned. There was an issue with the software, but Josh, was quick to respond with a possible resolution and even back up solution if we couldn't get those to work together. He comes across as honest and trustworthy. I would look for products from him in the future. I am very pleased with my purchase.
