Eric was spot on when he described this N4 as mint, it surely was. He is one who takes VERY Good care of his equipment. Even the clear poly-carbonate on the Ringke case looked New. He mailed the phone out the next day after I'd paid very late the evening before and packed it VERY securely. He was also a very timely communicator through out the process. I wish all my on-line major purchases went this well. It would be a pleasure to do business with this seller again.
