Great guy to deal with

Rob was awesome! I was going out of town so he coordinated with me during the Thanksgiving holiday to deliver the phone in person. Also, I'm not the most tech savvy person, so when I had issues with syncing the phone to my iTunes (the phone was jailbroken), Rob immediately responded with a solution that worked flawlessly! I never would have been able to figure it out. Thank you Rob!
